In the U.S. millions of capable pet guardians exist, but face similar barriers to adoption. Rescue Bond Initiative bridges the gap between these groups. By providing our adoption training and the Lifetime Care Trust for each animal, our program follows the animal’s care for life and ensures low odds of a shelter return.

We are building this vision through our 2027 Community Pilot Program and raising the funding to placing 30 animals from 1 shelter across 3 groups - veterans, seniors, and incarceration-returning citizens. This New York pilot writes the model for scaled expansion.

This is our vision - transforming the current U.S. shelter system to a supported in-home system, benefiting those most in need of a human-animal bond, creating opportunities for those often left without.
